His extensive background includes senior leadership positions such as Vice President at Aon Peru and Director and shareholder at AJ Gallagher Peru, where he accumulated more than 20 years of combined leadership experience. Eugenio’s expertise and deep industry knowledge are among Charp Re’s key strengths, contributing strategic insight and guidance across all areas of the business.
